Your information.
What this pilot collects
Account email and authentication information, business name, selected service areas and trades, saved opportunities, private notes, alert preferences, and messages you submit to support. Source research includes published permit facts; homeowner contact information is excluded from our normalized permit feed.
How it is used
To sign you in, limit data to your plan and preferences, save your work, handle support requests, and send optional digests when email delivery is enabled. Digests are currently disabled. No analytics or advertising trackers are installed by this application.
Storage and access
The application uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database storage, and Stripe for test billing. The operator can access support messages and operational records. Private notes and saves are isolated by account. Do not enter real card information into the test checkout.
Cookies and logs
Authentication uses session cookies. Hosting and authentication providers may maintain security and operational logs. Abuse controls use hashed network identifiers; the application does not store raw network addresses in its rate-limit table.
Your choices
You can change your preferences, disable optional digests, and sign out. Use the support form to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. We process these requests manually during the pilot; some records may need to be retained for security or legal obligations.
