Project Signals is a preliminary research tool for understanding construction activity. Public demo examples are fictional. Real source records are held privately until reviewed for release. Access, coverage, features, and availability may change during the pilot.

No live charges

Displayed plan prices are proposed. Billing is test-mode only, and no live subscription purchases are accepted. Do not submit real payment details. Commercial prices, billing terms, and cancellation terms will be presented before any real purchase is offered.

Use records responsibly

A permit is not an invitation to bid, evidence that a contractor is needed, or a guarantee of revenue. Verify dates, scope, accuracy, and existing contractor commitments with the official source. Do not use the service for harassment, unlawful outreach, identity profiling, or redistribution that violates source rights.

Accounts and private content

Keep your credentials private. Only submit notes and support content you have the right to share. We may restrict access to protect the service from abuse. Private saved work belongs to your account; it is not a public listing.

Questions and corrections

Report inaccurate records, access problems, and requests to remove your account through the support form. The pilot operator reviews these manually. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
